If you can relate to this, you are a great candidate for my Glute x Core Class! This is a Fitness Integrated Therapy program to help you get stronger, gain confidence in your joint and return to your activity/sport with ease!

What lead me to create this class was that I was teaching core and glute activation multiple times a day with my clients, and I soon realized that so many people can’t fire their core and glutes properly. This is the BASE of all of our movement and it’s important to master this to be able to move efficiently (especially if you are recovering from an injury)

This 4-week series is entirely virtual and consist of pre-recorded classes that you can do anytime, anywhere. All you need is a yoga mat and a mini band! You will receive 1 class every 7-10 days and repeat each one 3 times before progressing to the next video.
