Starting in April I am going to put out weekly content focusing on one injury. I will educate you what the injury is and give you tips throughout the week on how to manage it.
I will also be linking this with my #stretchoftheweek! So each stretch will correspond to the injury theme
At the end of each week I will write up and post a video a therapeutic-type workout you can do from the comfort of your home!
I will also write up a weekly blog on each of these injuries, incase you want to learn about them more in depth.
Hint: we are going to start from the bottom (feet) and work out way up!
