This is a 45 minute core & mobility focused class. Level 2 differs from Level 1 in that we will also perform upper and lower body strength exercises in combination with core strength.
The series will be broken down as follows:
Week 1: Upper Body Mobility + Core/Upper Body Strength
Week 2: Lower Body Mobility + Core/Lower Body Strength
Week 3: Upper Body Mobility + Core/Upper Body Strength II
Week 4: Lower Body Mobility + Core/Lower Body Strength II
All you need is a yoga mat, golf club & a resistance band
