Mobility & Strength for Yoga



If you find you have to modify a lot of yoga positions due to muscle/joint tightness, weakness or pain, this 4-week workshop series is for you!

Week 1: Shoulders

We will get your shoulders moving efficiently to help reduce pain and prevent injury.

Week 2: Lower Back & Hips 

We will focus on any immobility or pain you may be experiencing to these area and you will learn helpful the cues to help alleviate this.

Week 3: Upper Body Strength

We will focus on commonly weak muscles that can lead to injury in the upper body.

Week 4: Lower Body Strength

We will finish the series off with functional strength of the lower body to help translate into your yoga practice.
