I just finished the Functional Range Conditioning course this weekend!
After about a year of eyeing this course, I finally took the plunge and did it . While it was a LOT of info over 2 days, I have been digesting it and have been implementing these techniques more and more with my clients.
One of the interesting things that stood out to me in this course was mobility declining with age. I have heard this countless times: “I’m so stiff now that I’m older!” Well.. it may not be because you’re older , it’s because you don’t move as much as you should! The more you move your body, the more mobile you will become, regardless of your age!
