The 17-minute Upper Body Mobility Class will target:
- Neck
- Shoulders
- Mid Back
- Elbows
- Wrists
The 23-minute Lower Body Mobility Class will target:
- Hips
- Lower back
- Knees
- Ankles
I recommend doing each class 3-5 times per week for optimal results!
If you register for BOTH classes you will get a BONUS 10 minute golf warm up video that you can easily do on or off the course!
