Throughout my career I have treated a lot of people with back pain. This includes the neck (cervical spine), mid back (thoracic spine) and lower back (lumbar spine). So I have created the ultimate program targeting all 3 areas that you can do AT HOME with minimal equipment!
Week 1: Neck & mid-back mobility
Week 2: Neck & mid-back strength
Week 3: Low back mobility
Week 4: Low back strength

This class will be online and able to do it in the comfort of your own home with minimal equipment required:
- Yoga Mat
- Foam Roller
- Chair
- Pillow/Towel
- Yoga block/hard cover book
- Resistance band (long and looped mini band)
