This 4-week Core + Mobility class will focus on full body mobility as well as proper core activation. The goal is to bring proper core activation techniques into your everyday movements and activities.
As we move through the series the exercises will get more challenging as you become stronger!
Week 1 & 3: Upper Body Mobility & Core I +II
Week 2 & 4: Lower Body Mobility & Core I +II
