Megan’s Favourite Things- Therapy Edition!

1️⃣ Tiger Tail: A great tool for muscle tension where you can use your hands to dictate the pressure. Safe to use before you stretch or workout. Aim for 10-15 passes per muscle.

2️⃣ Rock Tape: I use this daily with my clients and find it very durable!

3️⃣ Recovery Guide for Muscle & Joint Health: My go-to stretches targeting the full body!

4️⃣ Foam Roller: Warning: This can be painful! Unlike the tiger tail, the foam roller uses your body weight to dictate the pressure. Aim for 10-15 passes per muscle (if you can tolerate it) before you stretch!

5️⃣ KS7 Knee Sleeve: This is my go-to compression sleeve for knee pain! Great at reducing swelling and is ideally used when active.

6️⃣ Heating Pad: This is a great tool to use before you stretch to reduce muscle tension. Use it for 10-15 minutes at a time.
