In the Core & Mobility Series, we will focus on full body mobility, proper core activation as well as therapeutic core exercises to help translate to your activities.
Through this class, you will be able to move more freely and efficiently, no matter what activity or sport you participate in. You will gain greater flexibility and improve your overall core strength which will also help prevent injury.
You can either register for Level 1 or Level 2, depending on your current fitness levels and/or injury status.
