Golf Mobility Series

Feeling stiff during or after a golf game? 

Through the Golf Mobility Series, you will reap the benefits of greater mobility in your golf game, less pain post-round and will prevent injury. 

The Upper Body Mobility Class will target:

  • Neck
  • Shoulders
  • Mid Back
  • Elbows
  • Wrists

The Lower Body Mobility Class will target:

  • Hips
  • Lower back
  • Knees
  • Ankles

I recommend doing each class 3-5 times per week for optimal results!

If you register for both classes you will get a bonus 10 minute golf warm up video that you can easily do on or off the course!
