The Swing Strong Series
The 2026 Swing Strong Series will begin Mon Feb 2, 2026 until Mon April 20, 2026. Classes will be sent out every Monday Morning for you to complete at your convenience.
Join us for this 12-week online golf-focused strength & mobility program to help improve your 2026 golf season! With injury prevention at the forefront, we tailor each session to focus on muscle groups and joints not only to help you hit the ball farther, but to prevent and rehabilitate injury too!
We will be alternating our focus each week between Upper Body & Lower Body. We start each class with a warm up, two identical strength circuits separated by a mobility break and finishing each class with a cool down.
Common Golf Injuries Targeted:
- Rotator Cuff
- Tennis/Golfers Elbow
- Lower Back Pain
- Hip Pain
- Knee Pain
- Plantar Fasciitis
Equipment Needed (Varies Each Week):
- Golf Club (iron)
- Mini Band
- Dumbbells: 2-light (2-5 lbs), 2-Medium (5-12 lbs)
- Yoga Mat
- Chair
- Yoga Block/Hard Cover Book
- Foam Roller
- Long Resistance band
