Here are 3 simple exercises we recommend before curling to prep your body and reduce unnecessary strain:
➡️ Mini Band Abductions: 3 sets of 20
➡️ Kneeling Shoulder CARs: 5-10 per side
➡️ Hip Flexor + Hamstring Combo: 10-15 per side
