This 30 minute mobility class will cover the basics of mobility, not only to prevent injury but improve overall range of motion and alleviate any chronic pain you may be experiencing.
This series is for you if:ย
- Your first steps out of bed are stiff and sore
- It takes you days to recover after exercise from your muscle soreness
- Your mobility is declining year after year
- You struggle with chronic pain in the lower back, hips, shoulders etc.
- You don’t stretch as often as you should
These 30 minute classes will be done on Zoom and will use minimal equipment. It can be repeated as the recording will be sent out afterwards!
